Join our vibrant team as a Customer Support Representative in beautiful Barcelona  We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, ensuring user needs are met efficiently.Record call details in our management system, maintaining timely responses and resolutions in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).Stay updated on our products and services, particularly those tailored to individual customer needs.Escalate service issues to senior team members as necessary.Collaborate with team members on specific projects and fulfill administrative responsibilities.Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:C2/ fluent in German (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role.Advanced IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products.Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.Ability to take ownership of calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating as needed.What We Offer:Competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Full-time work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.A supportive and friendly team environment.23 days of paid annual leave.Guidance and tools to help you reach your full potential.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values your contributions, we want to hear from you  Apply now and be part of our dynamic team in Barcelona
