We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open to relocationMain tasks and accountabilities will be: Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations. Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and GlideAjax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices. Configure and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal and customer-facing interfaces, utilising JavaScript and AngularJS to deliver intuitive user experiences. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements.What do we expect from you? Minimumof 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNowdevelopment experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations. Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator Understanding ofITIL v3/v4 frameworksand their practical application within ServiceNow.
