Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.Must Have:+3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).High ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.What will you do?Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.Develop custom integrations using Python programming.Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.Why us?Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
