WHATWILLYOUDO?

Coachandsupportmultipleteams(uptotwosimultaneously)inadoptingandapplyingagileandKanbanpractices,whilehelpingthemaddresstensionsandmanageconflictconstructively.

Facilitate,teach,andstrengthenretrospectives,feedbackloops,andcontinuousimprovementpracticesthroughcoachingandstructuredteamsessions.

DesignandevolveteamKanbansystemsandflow-basedwaysofworkingadaptedtoeachteam’scontextusingvisualizationandworkflowmanagementpractices.

Visualizeandconnectend-to-endwork,fromupstreamdemandtodelivery,linkingteamactivitiestoteamstrategy.

Defineandrefineexplicitpoliciesandworkingagreements(DefinitionofReady,DefinitionofDone,WIPlimits,classesofservice,andquality-deliverytrade-offs).

Monitorandanalyzeflowmetricswithteams,helpingthemunderstandperformancedata,identifybottlenecks,andmakeinformeddecisions.

FluencyinSpanishandEnglish.

StrongknowledgeofAgileMethodologiesandprovenpracticalexperiencewithKanbansystemsandflowmanagement.

ExperiencewithtaskmanagementtoolssuchasBusinessmaporJira.

Solidunderstandingofflowmetrics(LeadTime,CycleTime,Throughput,WIP)anddataanalysisforidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement.

Strongsoftskillsinfacilitation,leadership,conflictmanagement,empathy,changemanagement,andinfluencewithoutformalauthority.

Nicetohave:Familiaritywithalignmentframeworks(OKRs,FlightLevels),KMM/Agility@Scalemodels,scalingenvironments,STEM/Psychologybackground,orknowledgeofCatalan.
