You will help and craft services and facilities in over 200 locations in more than 60 international airports across the world.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.Job ScopeMaintain close relationship with different departments to provide effective training and colleague development services. Coach team members to achieve optimal level of performance. Monitor the effectiveness and applicability of policies and procedures and take necessary actions for continuous improvementWhat you will be doing:Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training courseCarry out post-training assessment at the workplaceParticipate in continual improvement activities and take initiative to identify areas of improvementMaintain and update all training materials, manual and related documentation in line with the latest operations development and employee training recordsConsolidate and prepare training reports on a regular basisFacilitate and deliver training workshopsAssist in developing training materials and enhance existing training programsParticipate in any ad hoc projects that the company assignsWhat we are looking for:Degree holder in Business, Education, Training or related disciplineA minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in training field is requiredGood command of spoken and written English and SpanishAbility to convert challenges and questions from participants into learning opportunitiesIndependent, self-discipline, hard-working, good team-player and pleasant personalityStrong presentation skills with passion to develop peopleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective people managementExcellent analytical problem-solving skills
