**Your Role: Trainer Operations Manager**:
As Trainer Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance and engagement of a large team of online language trainers across the globe.
From our office in Madrid, you’ll ensure high-quality lesson delivery and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain goFLUENT’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of approximately 60 online language trainers.
- Monitor and improve the performance of each trainer to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Track and ensure compliance with internal KPIs and standards.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Lead trainer recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee day-to-day HR-related matters for your trainer team.
- Collaborate with other internal teams across departments and time zones.
- Be the central point of communication between the company and the trainers.
Your Key Characteristics
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a **direct managerial or supervisory** role.
- Fluent in **English** (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confident decision-making.
- Comfortable adapting to fast-changing processes and priorities.
- ** Bonus points** for experience in education, corporate training, or remote team leadership.
- Experience working with multicultural teams is another strong plus.
