You will assume accountable ownership of the Real Estate Development process from exchange of contracts on Development Agreements and/or Acquisition Agreements until fulfillment of the contracted development obligations of both AWS and our developer partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are progressing collaboratively and effectively to deliver real estate facilitating capacity for our customers within scope, specification, programme and budget. Early resolution of challenges, through the exercise of high velocity decision making within your authority, and early escalations where not, will be a regular occurrence. Prior to assuming accountable ownership, you may collaborate Real Estate Transaction Managers (RETMs) in the negotiation of the scope, specification, programme and budget for the development. You will play a key role in settling the detailed contractual arrangements, ensuring they are appropriate to the effective management of the development post transaction.AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
