Our mission at Jungheinrich Digital Solutions Spain is next level intralogistics powered by technology, passion and a great team spirit.We are an international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid and develop intelligent warehouse management solutions and process‑reliable warehouse automation for our customers to make their lives easier.About the roleWe are looking for a Regional Business Partner Real Estate who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage real estate projects, transactions, and processes for international Jungheinrich business units.Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, standards, and strategies, while adapting them to regional requirements and promoting harmonization across the region.Coordinate the internal approval process for real estate projects, including preparing decision papers for executive management.Collaborate closely with local business units, external consultants, and service providers to deliver effective real estate solutions.Develop and execute real estate solutions aligned with the corporate real‑estate strategy to meet business unit needs.Oversee project management activities, including evaluating site alternatives, negotiating leases and contracts, and coordinating related activities.Actively contribute to the implementation and execution of the corporate real‑estate strategy.Manage real estate data in collaboration with local business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Prepare, coordinate, and monitor regular real‑estate performance reports, focusing on portfolio optimization.RequirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management competences.Relevant professional experience in real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios and/or within a corporate environment.Experience in working in international and cross‑functional teams.Stakeholder oriented and structured personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically in PowerPoint and Excel).Partially traveling required.Nice to haveGerman would be a plus.What do we offer?Cross‑cultural environment (more than 20 nationalities working together).Friendly atmosphere and excellent team spirit.Challenging and creative environment.Home office.A great new office located in Gran VíaSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation Technology, Manufacturing, and ResearchIT Services and IT Consulting and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-18808-Ljbffr
