This is a hybrid role that requires a hands-on approach to store management while also supporting broader retail operations in Spain.Oversee daily operations of all existing and upcoming store locations in the Spanish market, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and operational excellenceMonitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitabilitySupport store teams in executing merchandising plans, product launches, and marketing campaignsEnsure compliance with operational policies, company SOPs, and local retail regulationsConduct regular store audits to assess performance, service quality, and operational efficiencyAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training store-level staff, ensuring alignment with POP MART's service standardsManage inventory flow and stock levels, ensuring optimal xcskxlj product availabilityFluent in Spanish and English~ Proven experience in store operations, sales performance management, and customer experience enhancement~ Ability to analyse sales data and implement strategic improvements~ Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training retail staff~ Strong understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and retail compliance~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics tools~ Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferredFamiliarity with the Spanish retail market and flagship store operationsExperience in supporting new store openings and retail expansion projects
