Spain Team Leader Food Ingredients Distribution

We are looking for a Team Leader Food Ingredients.
You and your team will sell Food Ingredients to the Food Industry in Spain. The position will be office-based in Madrid or Barcelona, with the possibility of 5 days per month of home office. Our client is an international Ingredients distributor.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the expansion of business with existing customers and explore new markets in the food market in Spain.
- Lead a team of 5.
- Elaborate and implement a commercial policy.
- Conduct business analysis by industry/territory to deliver a commercial strategy.
- Monitor targets by industry/territory.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare and present the annual budget.
- Lead Product Managers and Sales Team.
- Monitor team performance.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships.
- Identify opportunities in the portfolio and supplement missing product/solution offerings.
- Conduct in-depth market analyses to understand supplier and customer needs, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities.
- Act as Product Manager for various product ranges and/or suppliers, taking responsibility for the relationship and purchases with them.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Food technology or similar degree.
- Knowledge in Marketing and Sales Management.
- IFS broker knowledge.
- Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High willingness to travel.
- Very organized, reliable, and positive thinking.
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (fluent in spoken and written).
- Valid driving license.
- Experience with Team Leading.
- Negotiation and leadership skills.
- Commercial skills.
