Are you a native Dutch sales talent looking for a job in the south of Spain? Our client is looking for an Account Manager to work in MálagaThe Account Manager provides specific business and technical enablement to drive brands. He/she develops the partner capability and knowledge, required to sell the brand and to grow share of the partner's business. The Account Manager trains the partner sales force on Business Unit specific product sales strategies and works closely with BU marketing and Inside Sales Representatives to drive and close partner lead generation.ResponsibilitiesManage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking toolsResponsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rateResponsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their business sell out, growth and margin, based on the StrategyUnderstand partner market and competition (through tools and reports made available as well as reviews with reseller). Evaluate reseller interest in BU solutionsDefine resellers target of BU Share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions how to close gaps. Grow BU with partner through joint planningEducate partner sales force on BU products and solutions. Drive Value Proposition & Key Selling Points of our solutions and articulating benefits against competitorsCreate partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements (Technical/Sales certification, revenue threshold)Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programsCommunicate events, webinars and webcast information and ease registrationWork together with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure) and other methodsDetect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessaryDrive Attach rates with resellersRequirementsFluency in English and the language of the target market at a native level.Preferred minimum of two years of related technical sales experience.Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus.Familiarity with channel programs.Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal and written), including excellent telephone and presentation abilities.Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and effective time/work prioritization.Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.Capable of establishing an individual course of action to accomplish goals while utilizing appropriate resources.Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office suite.What we offerFull-time and long-term opportunityWorking schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h to 17hPrivate medical insuranceAttractive work environmentOpportunity to be a part of an international and multinational companyReal opportunity to grow within the companyFully paid training About Multilingual Jobs WorldwideMultilingual Jobs Worldwide is a leading multilingual recruitment specialist agency matching European-speaking talent with the most exciting jobs all over the world.Over the past 2 years, we have recruited and helped over 1200 multilingual speakers to land their dream job with our partners in over 28 different countries.
