Position: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
- Review client satisfaction level
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up on potential business
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
- Respond and provide resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding customer inquiries and requests.
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel etc)
- Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Organized and able to handle unique situations confidently
- Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM
