David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we're looking for a Russian speaking Sales Team Leader to join their teams in Gdańsk.

  • Position: Sales Team Leader with Russian
  • Location: Gdańsk, Poland
  • Work Model: Fully on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Apply a process of continuous review, management of absenteeism and attrition for all Sales Advisors in the team.
  2. Review and monitor work performance of all Sales Advisors.
  3. Undertake quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings.
  4. Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance.
  5. Provide clear direction and guidance with a team's sales goals in mind.
  6. Facilitate a culture of open and honest 2-way communication.
  7. Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork.
  8. Ensure actions from employee satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed.
  9. Coach, develop and motivate Sales Advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job, together with opportunities for skills expansion and career development.
  10. Monitor Advisor calls in line with CLOE, either via deskside or remote monitoring, across a sample of transaction types.
  11. Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to Operations Manager.
  12. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to improve client satisfaction survey scores.
  13. Implementation and improvement of the processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Native/fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Good command in English.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B), managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Rev Ops mindset.
  4. At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
  5. Vibrant and resolute personality to successfully lead and coach a team.
  6. Understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs.
  7. Adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment, a drive to make an impact, and share best practices.
  8. Effective task prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
