Welke taken kan je verwachten?

Vanuit onze BPO-business unit leveren we operationele en strategische outsourcingsoplossingen aan klanten. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het instaan voor een correcte personeels- en loonadministratie voor de toegewezen klant(en).
  • De opvolging, berekening en controle van de lonen voor je klant(en).
  • Het begeleiden en adviseren van je klant over payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving.
  • Het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met je klant(en).
  • Het te woord staan van de werknemers over hun dossier, in naam van hun werkgever.
  • Het up-to-date houden van kennis en ervaring binnen de verschillende domeinen van payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Het continu op zoek gaan naar verbeteringen en optimalisaties van de bestaande werkprocessen.
