En HAYS estamos colaborando con una empresa global de biotecnología especializada en terapias innovadoras para la deficiencia de hierro y enfermedades renales. Con una fuerte presencia en más de 100 países, se dedica a mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes mediante el desarrollo y comercialización de productos farmacéuticos avanzados. Su enfoque principal incluye el tratamiento de la anemia por deficiencia de hierro, la nefrología y otras enfermedades graves. Actualmente estamos buscando tres perfiles Sales Representative para incorporarse a su equipo en Madrid, Valencia y Castilla y León para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del paciente y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
  1. Identificar obstáculos en la experiencia del paciente y trabajar con el cliente para abordarlos y superarlos.
  2. Identificar dónde se puede mejorar la experiencia del cliente y colaborar activamente en las mejoras del proceso asistencial.
  3. Construir colaboraciones eficaces con los clientes.
  4. Optimizar las sólidas relaciones con los clientes para influir y obtener el apoyo de un grupo de clientes más amplio.
  5. Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para planificar eficazmente.
  6. Facilitador del networking clínico para compartir experiencias, necesidades y oportunidades.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
  1. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, en roles con un componente médico significativo o en acceso al mercado.
  2. Sólidos conocimientos científicos/médicos a nivel de titulación universitaria.
  3. Capacidad para captar, conectar y crear relaciones de colaboración con el cliente de manera remota.
  4. Orientación/Aptitud al área comercial/de negocio.
  5. Fuerte orientación al cliente: capacidad demostrada de crear relaciones win-win.
  6. Mapeo de influenciadores: dominio en identificar y utilizar influenciadores para ganar credibilidad en proyectos.
