Descrizione del Ruolo

L'Energy Account sarà responsabile di gestire e sviluppare relazioni con i clienti per promuovere soluzioni energetiche innovative. La posizione include la combinazione di competenze tecniche e commerciali per assicurare un servizio di alta qualità e soddisfazione del cliente.

Responsabilità Principali
  1. Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nel settore dell'energia.
  2. Gestire un portfolio di clienti, assicurando la loro soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
  3. Analizzare le esigenze energetiche dei clienti e proporre soluzioni personalizzate.
  4. Collaborare con i team tecnici per garantire la corretta implementazione delle soluzioni.
  5. Mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze sulle normative e sulle novità di settore.
Competenze e Qualifiche Richieste
  1. Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica, Economia o discipline affini.
  2. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali o tecnici nel settore energetico.
  3. Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  4. Competenza nell'uso di strumenti di analisi e gestione dei progetti.
  5. Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
