a. ¿Cuál será tu objetivo?

i) Dirigir nuestro departamento gráfico online y offline. Apoyar al equipo a tu cargo mediante conocimiento y experiencia para impulsar la imagen de nuestro marketplace y producto.

b. ¿Cómo será tu día a día?

i) Serás la persona responsable de gestionar los proyectos activos en el equipo, gestionar los flujos de trabajo, analizar las necesidades en el departamento gráfico y plantear su desarrollo.

ii) Participar en el diseño e implementación del customer journey ideal de los clientes en nuestra plataforma digital.

iii) Realizar prototipos que ilustren el diseño global de la interfaz, la funcionalidad y el flujo de uso.

iv) Orquestarás y orientarás el diseño de interacción/UX y el diseño visual/UI.

v) Tendrás una visión detallada del producto , sector y consumidor de actividades turísticas de un día.

vi) Coordinarás y colaborarás con diseñadores, desarrolladores web, marketing online, fotógrafos y equipo de tours.

vii) Innovarás en tendencias de diseño y propondrás su implementación en web, tienda y tours.

viii) Adaptarás soluciones técnicas a los plazos establecidos.

ix) Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia que nos lleve a optimizar el funnel de conversión. Que sea capaz de modificarla basándose en los datos que se obtienen.

x) Asegurarás el mantenimiento y la coherencia del diseño en las oficinas, tiendas, material de guías y merchandising.

xi) Serás la persona responsable de actualizar y proponer cambios en el Brandbook de la empresa.

xii) Contribuirás con un seguimiento mensual de las medidas adoptadas y participarás activamente en la elaboración y presentación de informes mensuales a dirección.

xiii) Deberás transmitir conocimiento al resto de compañeros y equipos, definiendo mejores prácticas y estándares de actuación en el equipo gráfico.

c. ¿Qué formación y experiencia requieres para optar al puesto?

i) Experiencia demostrable de más de cinco años como diseñador web y de producto .

ii) Habilidades demostradas para trabajar en CMS.

iii) Conocimiento básico de HTML.

iv) Titulación universitaria en diseño gráfico o diseño de producto.

v) Master en diseño UX-UI.

vi) Facilidad comunicativa, tanto oral como escrita.

vii) Este puesto es para personas orientadas al detalle, con criterio analítico y proactividad.

d. ¿Cómo se estructura el proceso de selección?

i) Si tu candidatura resulta seleccionada de manera preliminar:

1- Te contactará el equipo de RR. HH. para conocerte con mayor profundidad.

2- Mantendrás una reunión presencial o telemática, con un miembro de RR. HH. y el responsable del Departamento, en la que se analizarán cuestiones sustantivas.

3- Podrás ser entrevistado por la Dirección de Buendía para valorar tu aportación al proyecto, así como otro tipo de competencias personales y profesionales.
