Competencias y habilidades:
Visión analítica y conocimientos para definir, implementar y controlar un sistema de medición de resultados.
Capacidad para extraer conclusiones cualitativas basados en los datos disponibles, para así optimizar las campañas de Paid Media y mejorar performance para el growth del canal digital.
Visión analítica para la definición y seguimiento de principales KPIs a de cara a la consecución de objetivos de venta digital directa.
Buen manejo de Excel y/o sistemas de visualización de datos: fórmulas, gráficos, tablas y gráficos dinámicos etc.Conocimiento técnico del mix de canales propuesto (upper, mid y low funel) para Paid Media y Owned Media (SEM y SEO)
Responsabilidades:
Planificación y gestión (propia o a través de partner) de campañas en las principales plataformas y motores de búsquedas (Google, Amazon y Bing, Meta...)
Identificación y planificación de acciones en canales de afiliación y publicidad programática) orientadas a performance (ventas)
Gestión de las diferentes promociones de la web para poder explotarlas en campañas.
Identificar métricas clave para la mejora y optimización de procedimientos y procesos, test A/B, etc.
Ejecución, optimización y reporting.
Dirección "creativa" en lo que a mensajes de campaña se refiere, buscando el máximo CTR y CR.
Velar por el posicionamiento orgánico en buscadores (AMZ & Google), la generación de contenido indexable y posicionable en redes sociales, así como gestión del blog como puerta de entrada de nuevos clientes a la tienda online.
Gestión de contenidos orientados al posicionamiento orgánico.Optimización y creación de contenidos Inbound Marketing.
Gestionar y planificar estrategias de contenidos y captación de usuarios mediante técnicas SEO On page y Off page.
Gestión y planificación de estrategia de contenido para RRSS.
Diferentes tests A/B en busca de la mejora continua del engagement.
Apoyo en mejoras técnicas
SEO:
enlazado interno y externo (linkbuidling), indexabilidad, estructuras de contenidos.
