About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for orchestrating the collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Assess product performance using relevant tools and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, gathering design specifications and clarifying requirements for new and existing products.
- Lead the implementation of growth strategies, aligning with clients' overarching objectives and executing initiatives according to the established roadmap.
- Monitor business performance and initiate corrective actions as needed, ensuring the successful launch of products and marketing campaigns.
- Continuously develop leadership skills, staying vigilant about market trends, industry developments, and internal best practices to generate innovative service concepts.
- Craft pricing strategies and business models for products, conducting field tests with customers to refine new products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology-based or Business degrees.
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software products.
- Outgoing personality with a creative mindset and natural resourcefulness.
- Proficient level of English, both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Availability for travel, approximately 30% of the time.
