National Facility Management Coordinator

Estamos buscando un Facility Coordinator para fortalecer nuestro equipo a nivel nacional. Tu función Como Facility Coordinator apoyarás al Facility Manager en los aspectos operativos de la gestión de instalaciones en todas las delegaciones que posee el grupo a nivel nacional. También te encargarás de mantener líneas de comunicación claras y directas con los diferentes proveedores, asegurándote de brindar un excelente servicio tanto a agentes externos como internos. Tus responsabilidades
  • Garantizar la calidad, seguridad, salud y estándares ambientales para los sistemas de edificio, ya sean mecánicos, eléctricos, electromecánicos, HVAC, refrigeración, seguridad contra incendios, fontanería, servicios de invierno, sostenibilidad, infraestructura o seguridad.
  • Dar seguimiento a la herramienta de gestión de tickets de instalaciones, asegurando la ejecución eficiente y efectiva de las solicitudes de instalaciones de manera oportuna.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los proveedores y asegurarse de que cumplan con los estándares de servicio acordados.
  • Hacer seguimiento del stock de equipos técnicos.
  • Planificar y organizar la carga de trabajo del equipo para asegurar que todas las tareas estén adecuadamente cubiertas.
  • Responder a situaciones de emergencia u otros problemas urgentes.
  • Crear una cultura de mejora continua y profesionalismo a través de KPI's, benchmarking, SLA's e implementación de mejores prácticas.
Tus habilidades y experencias
  • Estudios técnicos o equivalente por experiencia.
  • Valorable la experiencia en la gestión/mantenimiento de instalaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en Español; Se valorará positivamente conocimientos de Inglés.
  • Fuerte afinidad con los estándares de calidad requeridos por el cliente.
  • Capacidad para demostrar un enfoque analítico, lógico y numérico.
  • Capacidad para realizar análisis de riesgos en el proceso de toma de decisiones.
  • Buen nivel de MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.
