¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

Empresa consulta del Real Estate líder en su segmento, quiere ampliar el departamento de proyectos por crecimiento orgánico. Se busca incorporar un Project Manager que se responsabilice tanto del diseño, calculo y coordinación de los proyectos de adecuación de las instalaciones para sector terciario. Su rol va a ser tanto de oficina técnica como de coordinación de obra en campo.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

En dependencia a la Dirección del departamento de Proyectos, las funciones a desarrollar serán:

Desarrollo de Due Diligence técnicas y auditoría de instalaciones sobre edificios existentes. Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles. Diseño en DWG,Revit Mep de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles. Cálculo de instalaciones mecánicas,eléctricas y señales débiles. Elaboración de estado de mediciones y de presupuestos de referencia. Elaboración de informes técnicos de estado de edificios y naves. Proyectos de licencias de actividades. Proyectos de licencia de obras. Dirección de obra de instalaciones. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Formación en Ingeniería, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.Conocimientos de calculo de instalaciones.Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando las mismas funciones.Dominio de programa revit.Nivel inglés b2.Perfil con actitud proactiva, orientado a resultados, buen desarrollo técnico. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
