About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Chemgineering Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Project Manager.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in project management, preferably in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project.
