Job Title: Project Manager

Mar Recruitment & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting quality and performance standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 10/15 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Law is a preference, or legal background.
  • Previous experience with an EPC Company / Contractor.
  • Preferable experience with mega projects (> 1 billion USD) for at least 2 consecutive years.
  • Proven experience with managing complex claims/disputes.
  • Familiar with internal reporting.
  • Below the age of 60 (mandatory).
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas Field and in this position.
  • Fluent English.
