  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of Prime Video Compliance Trust & Safety, focusing on content moderation, classification, and data labeling.
  • Collaborating across functions, you will ensure that all content aligns with established guidelines.
  • By reviewing Prime Video content, including graphic material, you will enforce policy decisions.
  • As a frontline team member, you will handle and assess sensitive content to safeguard the platform and users.
  • Utilize data analysis to enhance the overall user experience of Prime Video.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and potential policy violations, while actively participating in content assessments.

This role entails examining content to ensure it meets compliance standards, which may involve encountering challenging or disturbing scenes. Consider this aspect before applying.

We are looking for candidates to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following Nordic languages: Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in content policy, anti-abuse mechanisms, or online content review.
  • Familiarity with spotting abuse trends and interest in global topics like freedom of expression and controversial online content.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
