Realizar la gestionar patrimonial completa del conjunto de activos.
Revisar la facturación de las remesas de los alquileres de tanto las viviendas como de los locales comerciales.
Mantener contacto directo con los proveedores e industriales que den los servicios necesarios a los activos.
Planificar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo con las empresas externas.
Gestionar proyectos para mejorar las eficiencias energéticas de los activos.
Resolución de las incidencias más urgentes que la administración de fincas deriva.
Revisar el estado de los centros propios de la fundación.
Trasladar toda la información o movimientos referentes a los activos en el sistema interno, responsabilizándose de todo el sistema informático interno.
Gestionar las tareas administrativas derivaras de cualquier acción.Dar soporte directo a los activos sin ánimo de lucro del fundo en su operativa diaria. Gestionar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el PRL o LOPD de los centros de la fundación.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando activos verticales.
Dominio del paquete officePerfil con capacidad comunicativa, buenas habilidades de trabajo en equipo, proactivo, resolutivo, adaptable a cualquier situación.
Posición estable en empresa consolidada.
Flexibilidad horaria.
