Implementar y gestionar plataformas de tecnología publicitaria (DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Servers, etc.).Supervisar la integración y el uso de herramientas y tecnologías de medición de campañas publicitarias.Optimizar las campañas publicitarias basadas en datos y análisis para mejorar el ROI y alcanzar los KPI establecidos.Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, ventas y desarrollo para garantizar la correcta implementación de estrategias publicitarias.Realizar análisis de rendimiento y presentar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de las campañas.Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología publicitaria y marketing digital.Identificar oportunidades para mejorar las estrategias publicitarias a través de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas.Gestionar y solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados con las plataformas y tecnologías publicitarias.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y políticas de privacidad y protección de datos.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Ingeniería Informática, o campos relacionados.Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar dentro del ámbito de AdTech o MarTech.Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de publicidad digital y herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV 360, campaign manager, search ads 360, GTM, META, TIKTOK, lengow,etc.).Experiencia en la gestión de campañas programáticas y el uso de plataformas DSP y SSP.Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y métricas de rendimiento.Familiaridad con las normativas de privacidad y protección de datos (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos ajustados.Deseable experiencia en SQL, Python u otros lenguajes de programación utilizados para el análisis de datos.Inglés alto (mínimo B2, posición internacional con reuniones en inglés). ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
