Garantizar en todo momento una experiencia de compra única e inolvidable, asegurando la consecución de los objetivos de Sell Out establecidos, seguimiento de KPI ́s, y otros indicadores y medidores del tráfico en tienda.

• Promover la venta cruzada y las ventas adicionales, impulsado a superar los objetivos y asegurando la más alta calidad de ventas y experiencia del cliente.

• Tener un conocimiento profundo de todos los productos en la gama asignada y estar siempre al día.

• Narrar las historias y valores de cada una de nuestras marcas. Estar al día de nuestra industria y competencia.

• Asegurar la lealtad de nuestros clientes al recopilar su información a través de las herramientas adecuada y fidelizarlos construyendo con ellos una relación a largo plazo.

• Participar en las reuniones periódicas de la tienda y contribuir a poner en marcha un plan de acción ganador.

• Gestionar todos los eventos especiales, incluidos avances de colecciones, eventos para clientes, animaciones de mostrador/tienda, podios, eventos de ventas y eventos del centro, etc.

• Garantizar que el punto de venta exprese de una forma sublime la excelencia de nuestras marcas, asegurando constantemente la perfecta exhibición de nuestros productos, de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa, señalar cualquier corrección necesaria para incrementar las ventas.

• Participar proactivamente en el proceso de stock por categoría de producto con el fin de maximizar las ventas (recepción de mercancía, inventarios, almacén, pedidos...)

• Contribuir a un entorno colaborativo y a la excelencia en el servicio, trabajando en equipo con las personas integrantes del equipo, mostrando proactividad y buscando soluciones, todo esto de acuerdo con los valores de la compañía.

• Participar a todas las sesiones de training, programas y reuniones relevantes dirigidas por la gerencia de la tienda y el equipo educativo.

• Te apasiona y/o aportas una experiencia significativa en la venta de marcas de maquillaje o lujo/nicho.

• Tienes experiencia como especialista en maquillaje.

• Te encantan las ventas y tienes un enfoque centrado en el cliente, te gusta establecer una relación duradera y a largo plazo con tus clientes.

• Tienes excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de escucha.

• Te gusta trabajar en equipo, eres una persona abierta y ambiciosa, dinámica y proactiva.

• Flexible en horarios de trabajo y tareas a cumplir.

• Dominio del inglés, otros idiomas son un plus.
