¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
La persona que se incorpore como Facility Manager(h/m/d) llevará a cabo las siguientes funciones:
Gestión diaria con el cliente siendo capaz de anticiparse a sus necesidades y plantear propuestas de mejora continua.Gestionar a las subcontratas y negociar los servicios y condiciones para establecer.Gestionar incidencias y garantizar que se cumplan los informes y comunicaciones de incidentes adecuados.Colaborar con el Gerente para desarrollar el plan de negocio del Cliente, mantener los acuerdos de nivel de servicio, los indicadores clave de rendimiento y garantizar que la satisfacción del cliente se mantenga al más alto nivel.Brindar soporte en asuntos relacionados con las instalaciones y gestionar todas las nuevas instalaciones, obras y modificaciones.Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo operativo, incluyendo la contratación, incorporación, formación y desarrollo.Ser responsable de supervisar las revisiones de auditoría y cumplimiento y los planes de acción correctiva, incluyendo pruebas de seguridad, auditorías de limpieza, inspecciones del lugar de trabajo y evaluaciones de riesgos de todo el edificio.Revisar continuamente los procesos y prácticas de trabajo actuales y fomentar activamente un entorno de innovación y mejora continua.Implementar proactivamente iniciativas de desarrollo de servicios y planes de acción correctiva.Asegurar que se cumpla en todos los aspectos la política de Salud y Seguridad de la empresa y del Cliente.Asegurar que todo el personal tenga el nivel requerido de EPI y esté familiarizado con su uso. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?La persona que se incorpore como Facility Manager(h/m/d) deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
Tener experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Facility Management.Formación en Facility Management o experiencia laboral relacionada y alto conocimiento técnico de instalaciones.Demostrar capacidad para liderar, motivar e inspirar equipos.Debe poder identificar y resolver problemas y desafíos para cumplir y superar las expectativas del Cliente.Sólido conocimiento de Salud, Seguridad y Riesgos.Tener permiso de conducir. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional.
