Qué tareas realizarás? Supervisión y Orientación:
Supervisar y guiar la gestión de diversos proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos relacionados con costos, cronogramas y calidad
Ejecución de Proyectos:
Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos desde la fase de diseño hasta su implementación y puesta en marcha
Gestión de Recursos:
Dirigir la gestión de equipos y asignar recursos de personal a las obras de construcción.
Contratación y Optimización de Costos:
Establecer directrices para la contratación de materiales y subcontratos, enfocándose en la optimización de costos.
Aseguramiento de Calidad y Seguridad:
Garantizar la calidad, seguridad y salud del proyecto y de todos los miembros del equipo
Gestión de Riesgos:
Identificar riesgos potenciales y desarrollar planes de acción para mitigarlos
Control de Desviaciones:
Monitorear y controlar las desviaciones en costos y la ejecución de las obras en curso
Monitoreo del Progreso:
Realizar revisiones mensuales de las obras en curso
Negociaciones con Subcontratistas:
Participar en negociaciones con subcontratistas para la ejecución de trabajos y mantener comunicación con ellos
Gestión de la Construcción:
Supervisar las actividades de gestión de la construcción
Requisitos Requisitos Educación:
Graduado en Ingeniería y/o estudios complementarios valiosos
Experiencia:
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Proyectos en proyectos fotovoltaicos. Es valiosa la experiencia previa en el sector de la construcción.
Reubicación:
Trabajo 50% en campo y 50% de oficina técnica entre Tarragona y Barcelona
Idiomas:
Se desea un nivel avanzado de inglés. Beneficios
