GRADUATE PROGRAM en NESTLÉ
Es un programa de desarrollo y crecimiento profesional, enfocado a graduados o recién graduados unviersitarios, con una duración de cinco años.
En este programa el/la Graduate tiene la oportunidad de impulsar su carrera, ganando experiencia laboral dentro del área de Finance. Durante la duración del programa tendrá un recorrido que le llevará a cambiar de posición o de proyecto de manera regular. Podrá conocer al detalle cada equipo al mismo tiempo que ganará una visión general del departamento.
La persona seleccionada para realizar el Graduate Program tiene la oportunidad de formarse y desarrollase a lo largo del mismo, con profesionales referentes en el sector, con un seguimiento personalizado de su desempeño. Para ello, cuenta con herramientas de aprendizaje específicas y, además, puede participar en eventos como networking, mentoring, entre otros.
GRADUATE PROGRAM | FINANCE en NESTLÉ
Como parte del Graduate Program del área de Finanzas, te desarrollarás en un marco profesional, realizando distintas rotaciones en las diferentes áreas de responsabilidad, con el objetivo de adquirir una visión global del área financiera durante un periodo de 5 años:
· Costing
· Corporate Controlling
· Business Controlling
· Accounting
· Operations Controlling
· Factory Controlling
Posterior a los 5 años de duración del Graduate, los candidatos/as tendrán continuidad en la empresa, de manera estable, según inquietudes e intereses del candidato/a y oportunidades de la compañía.
REQUISITOS
Formación académica relacionada con las funciones a desarrollar (Finance, BBA, ADE, Economia)Experiencia demostrable en el área (de 6 meses a 2 años)Nivel alto de Inglés (C1-C2) - CertificadoAlto conocimiento en herramientas informáticas (Excel nivel alto)Movilidad geográfica en España (si bien el centro de trabajo habitual será en Barcelona).Perfil competencial: analítico, proactivo, capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
