Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our IT Finance and Legal Technology Department at Nestlé Sa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial product stream.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch our financial products, aligning with our overarching product vision.
- Lead and empower teams responsible for building financial capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of value from start to finish.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from inception to retirement, including value management and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Analyze and manage the cost-effectiveness of our financial products, driving adoption and delivering applications that align with Nestlé's vision.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science or business.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in a product-focused IS/IT role, with a strong understanding of SAP Finance and system engineering.
- Excellent business acumen, with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels in English.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams.
