En tant que Sales Executive doté.e d'une sensibilité aux causes climatiques, tu monteras en compétence sur les sujets techniques liés au Bilan Carbone.
Tu mets en place une stratégie de prospection efficace qui te correspond. Tu interviens sur tout le cycle de vente jusqu'à la phase de closing.
Ton objectif est d'entrer en contact avec un nombre important de potentiels clients B2B pour les convaincre de passer à l'action pour réduire et maitriser leur empreinte carbone grâce à notre solution entreprise
Tes missions au quotidien :Tu pilotes ta stratégie outbound
Grâce à Jérôme notre Lead Generation, ton sourcing est facilité, tu peux te concentrer sur l'essentiel : A l'aide de ta créativité et de toutes les ressources à ta disposition (Sales Nav, Hubspot, outils d'automatisation...) tu contactes les prospects par téléphone pour générer des leads et des premiers rendez-vous, en mettant en place une stratégie efficace de prospection outbound.
Tu qualifies les leads générés pour obtenir le plus d'information:
Tu souhaites comprendre leur besoin pour identifier les potentiels clients personas de Carbo. En posant les bonnes questions, tu identifies comment avancer avec tes prospects (démos, négos & autres rdvs) jusqu'au closing.
Ta future équipeSégolène, Head of Sales et a l'habitude de laisser beaucoup d'autonomie dans l'organisation de chacun; Jérôme Lead Generation Manager; Clotilde Team Lead Outbound; Claire, Ophélie, Bérenger, Paul, Elodie, Hugo, Vincent, Alice et Charlotte sont Sales Executive. Il n'y a pas de profil type dans l'équipe sales, chacun.e a eu des expériences assez différentes avant de rejoindre Carbo (SDR, account manager, responsable de projet RSE etc).
On a demandé à Ophélie comment elle définirait la dynamique de l'équipe Sales : "Ce que j'aime le plus c'est la mentalité de l'équipe. On travaille tous pour le même but ; sensibiliser et engager un maximum d'entreprises dans la démarche de réduction de leurs émissions. Cela se traduit par beaucoup de motivation, d'entraide, de formation continue, dans un cadre de travail basé sur la confiance."Pourquoi ce poste est-il enthousiasmant ? Exit la formation magistrale, tu apprends et évolues rapidement sur les techniques sales et le sujet Bilan Carbone grâce à un onboarding sur mesure à mi-chemin entre autonomie et training. Tu montes vite en compétence grâce à toutes nos ressources internes documentées et au partage de connaissances inter-équipe.Tu es maitre des techniques que tu veux mettre en place pour atteindre tes objectifs, tu peux tester, mesurer et ajuster l'impact de tes actions (pas besoin d'attendre que Jean-Michel valide avec Emma, pour qu'elle présente le projet à Vincent, afin de Suzanne prenne la décision de refuser ton idée). Tu participes à la vie de l'équipe et à la vie de Carbo, tu rejoins une Climate tech en pleine croissance et participes à la co-construction d'une entreprise écologique.
