Nuestro cliente está buscando un Data Analyst cuyo objetivo es integrar y analizar datos clínicos multimodales provenientes de diversas fuentes. El propósito principal es generar información basada en datos para mejorar la seguridad y eficacia de los ensayos clínicos.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y mantener pipelines analíticos avanzados para ensayos clínicos y datos del mundo real (RWE).Colaborar con Directores de Investigación Clínica, Traductores Clínicos y Jefes de Portafolio Global para desplegar modelos de machine learning.Diseñar y presentar wireframes en Figma para interfaces frontend, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de diseño de Sanofi.Mejorar y actualizar dashboards en PowerBI, integrando resultados de experimentos y modelos predictivos.Documentar procesos y mantener la comunicación constante con el equipo técnico y los stakeholders.Skills:Conocimiento de fuentes y sistemas de datos de salud como registros electrónicos de salud (EHRs) y datos de ensayos clínicos.Experiencia en diseño centrado en el usuario y visualización de datos.Habilidades en las siguientes tecnologías y herramientas:Lenguajes de scripting (R, Python, DAX)Desarrollo en Power BIDiseño UI en FigmaDocumentación en ConfluenceGestión de flujos de trabajo en JiraSQL y tecnologías de bases de datos relacionales (incluyendo modelado de datos y ajuste de consultas)Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum).Dominio del inglés como lengua de trabajo.Competencias Adicionales:Capacidad para asistir a reuniones y tomar notas detalladas sobre el feedback de los usuarios.Habilidad para presentar opciones de diseño A/B y documentar wireframes en Figma.Experiencia en la recopilación de feedback de usuarios y creación de tickets de Jira basados en errores y solicitudes.Objetivos:Mejorar la aplicación de PowerBI con nuevas características y experimentos.Diseñar nuevos elementos en Figma para pruebas A-B según feedback de los stakeholders.Implementar mejores prácticas de diseño siguiendo los estándares de experiencia del consumidor (CX) de Sanofi.Este rol es esencial para acelerar el desarrollo de productos del equipo y gestionar las expectativas de los stakeholders mediante un diseño efectivo y la mejora continua de los dashboards y aplicaciones utilizadas en ensayos clínicos
