Buscamos First Level Support, para la sede de Málaga de importante empresa consolidada, con más de 40 años de experiencia en el sector dental, dedicada a la distribución de equipamiento odontológico de alta tecnología para clínicas dentales o radiológicas.

La persona seleccionada deberá atender al cliente y resolver dudas, consultas o incidencias sobre el producto y/o servicio, velando por la calidad del negocio.

Responsabilidades:

Atención telefónica a clientes y recepción de llamadas y soporte. Identificar incidencias y realizar diagnósticos de problemas técnicos de Nivel 1. Cubrir las necesidades y demandas de los clientes, garantizando los más altos estándares de calidad y servicio. Asesorar y ofrecer información sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa. Resolución de dudas o incidencias de manera eficiente, superando las expectativas del cliente en la llamada y evitando quejas y reclamaciones. Derivar las consultas que no se puedan resolver al Técnico de Campo. Registro en Base de Datos de toda la información de llamadas recibidas y seguimiento a los clientes atendidos. Reporting a Departamento Técnico. Requisitos del puestoRequisitos: Formación Mínima: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio o Superior de la rama de Informática, Telecomunicaciones o Nuevas Tecnologías. Conocimientos avanzados en redes y bases de datos. Experiencia Mínima: Al menos 2 años de experiencia demostrable como Técnico de Soporte y/o Help Desk. Nivel alto de inglés conversacional. Destreza en manejo de Paquete Office. Dominio de CRM y Base de Datos.
