Receptionist & Administrative Support with fluent Spanish, Chinese and English (MADRID)

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a talented sales professional to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
Your main responsibilities at reception will be:
Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff;Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices;Office supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace and employee well-being;Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies)
Requirements:
Previous experience in assistance/administrative/receptionist duties of 2-3 years;High level of English, Spanish and Chinese;Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;Conditions of the position

100% on-site Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00 Salary range: €. 200 per month in restaurant card
