Salesforce support engineerLocation: Madrid Spain
Role Type:
PermanentMust be fluent Spanish SpeakerWe are seeking for a technical person oriented to Salesforce operations management that could be part of one existing operations support team.
This person will be interacting with the customer IT team and with the rest of Coforge support team member to ensure that our current service is ran in the smoothest way.
This person will be a main stakeholder on the service taking accountability of the on-going and coming requests, incidents management, ensuring that the team bandwidth is well organized and allocated.
This person will be also accountable, at the earliest stage, about the compliance of the operations requirements related to monitoring, alerts, scalability, traceability, etc.
In addition, as part of the activities, this person will help also with some administrative activities related to change management, requests, etc.
representing the operations in front of the product teams.Main skills are:
Technical Salesforce background Experience on operations and support engagements Good knowledge on other valuable technical skills Able to take accountability of service and think in behalf of customer needs Ability to interact with 3rd parties and search a win-win scenario Technical capabilities Required some technical capabilities or previous experience on: Salesforce Services Salesforce Marketing User-level knowledge on: Atlassian tools (Confluence & JIRA)
Splunk, Kibana, Dynatrace Certification:
Any certification on Salesforce will be highly valuated Prior Experience At least 2 years of experience in similar role Proven experience in the involved technology
