El puesto
El puesto implica la ejecución de tareas operativas y técnicas estándar, siguiendo instrucciones y rutinas establecidas asociada al proceso de fabricación, con un impacto significativo en la calidad del trabajo propio y del equipo.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Colaboración con el departamento de desarrollo en la transferencia y escalado de los procesos de fabricación, asegurando que se pueden llevar a cabo dentro de la planta de fabricación con todos los niveles de calidad requeridos
- Redacción, revisión de documentación de fabricación (guías) y procedimientos. Participación en la formación del resto del personal de planta de los procedimientos elaborados
- Elaboración de controles de cambios, desviaciones, acciones correctoras para asegurar el mantenimiento del estandar de calidad requerido en la planta de fabricación.
- Trabajar en actividades de mejora continua con el objetivo de optimizar los sistemas actualmente implementados para optimizar el tiempo y asegurar un ahorro de tiempo y coste, manteniendo el estandar de calidad requerido.
- Participación activa en equipos de trabajo asociados a nuevos poyectos productivos, con la función de identificar las necesidades de Producción para la ejecución del proyecto, adaptar los procedimientos acorde al anexo 1, contacto con proveedores de materiales en caso de que sea necesario
- Cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de trabajo y fabricación GMP
- Redacción e investigación de las incidencias producidas a lo cargo de las jornadas de trabajo y transmisión de las mismas a las áreas correspondientes.
- Velar por el mantenimiento del centro de trabajo en las condiciones optimas de limpieza y por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y higiene establecidas.
- Conocimiento de equipos de fabricación y soporte a pruebas, cualificaciones..., trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.
- Colaborar para la continua mejora de las condiciones de trabajo.
- Impulsar y comprometerse con la aplicación del sistema de valores de la Compañía en la toma de decisiones de su turno: desarrollo del talento, fomentar el trabajo en equipo, la transparencia, la flexibilidad y la superación de los miembros del equipo.
- Implicarse en las herramientas de gestión de Recursos Humanos: resolución de conflictos, realizar las entrevistas de gestión del rendimiento, identificar necesidades de formación, potenciales o bajo rendimiento, comunicando al responsable del laboratorio los aspectos que tienen que ver con la gestión de RR.HH
Requisitos
- Este puesto requiere un mínimo de 3+ años de experiencia en área similar.
- Licenciatura en ciencias naturales es preferible.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés y español.
- Conocimientos de producción en el área farmacéutica.
- Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad al cambio
