Las funciones a desempeñar serán:
En colaboración con el departamento de compras, organizar el aprovisionamiento de la empresa indicando fechas de embarque a los proveedores y haciendo seguimiento a su cumplimiento, tanto a nivel proveedor como del tránsito.Gestión de embarques cross trade (envío directo) coordinando el embarque, cumplimiento, requisitos de etiquetado y documentales de cliente-proveedor.Negociación de fletes marítimos con navieras y transitarios.Elección de partners logísticos para el transporte marítimo, búsqueda de nuevos proveedores logísticos.Revisión de indicadores clave y reporte de los mismos a la dirección de operaciones. Propuesta e implementación de mejoras para optimizar tiempos y costes.Coordinación y supervisión del equipo encargado del trade de su responsabilidad, asegurando un correcto desempeño, desarrollo del personal a cargo y realización de todas las tareas asociadas.Revisión y actualización de las herramientas de trabajo para mejorar la eficacia del equipo.
Requisitos:
