Responsabilidades:

  1. Procesamiento de Nómina: Encargarse del cálculo, verificación y procesamiento de la nómina de los empleados de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
  2. Registro de Datos: Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de la información de los empleados, incluyendo horas trabajadas, salarios, deducciones, beneficios y otros datos relevantes para el pago de nómina.
  3. Cumplimiento Legal y Fiscal: Asegurarse de que la nómina cumpla con todas las leyes laborales y fiscales aplicables, incluyendo la retención de impuestos, contribuciones de seguridad social, seguros laborales y otros requisitos legales.
  4. Comunicación Interna: Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de recursos humanos y otros equipos relevantes para garantizar la precisión y coherencia en la información de nómina, así como para resolver cualquier problema o pregunta relacionada con el pago de salarios.
  5. Informes y Análisis: Generar informes periódicos y análisis sobre los costos de la nómina, tendencias de compensación, beneficios y otros datos relevantes para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  6. Gestión de Beneficios: Administrar los programas de beneficios para empleados, incluyendo seguro médico, plan de jubilación, vacaciones y licencias, asegurándose de que se reflejen correctamente en la nómina.
  7. Atención al Empleado: Brindar asistencia y soporte a los empleados en cuestiones relacionadas con la nómina, como preguntas sobre salarios, impuestos, beneficios y deducciones.

Requisitos:

  1. Educación: Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado.
  2. Experiencia: Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en procesamiento de nómina, preferiblemente en un entorno corporativo o de recursos humanos.
  3. Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con software de nómina y sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS). Conocimiento sólido de las leyes laborales y fiscales locales y federales.
  4. Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para analizar datos y generar informes precisos. Atención al detalle y habilidades numéricas sólidas.
  5. Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para interactuar efectivamente con empleados y colegas en todos los niveles de la organización.
  6. Organización: Fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
