Customer Value Manager

Funciones y responsabilidades
- Identificar y analizar las necesidades de los clientes en el mercado hospitalario.
- Desarrollar estrategias efectivas de gestión de valor del cliente, con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacción, retención y fidelización.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos para alinear estrategias que generen valor para el cliente y refuercen la posición en el mercado.
- Analizar datos y métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento de las estrategias implementadas, identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Desarrollar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el impacto de las iniciativas de valor para el cliente a nivel interno y externo.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado farmacéutico y de las regulaciones pertinentes en España para adaptar las estrategias según sea necesario.
Formación y Experiencia
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Análisis de Datos, Marketing o campo relacionado. Se valorará el título de posgrado.
- Rutina en el manejo de MS Office, CRM, PowerBI y sistemas de análisis.
- Habilidades avanzadas de MS Excel (capaz de trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos).
- Ideal 2 años de experiencia relevante en marketing, preferiblemente trabajando con sistemas CRM, entornos de datos y/o áreas CVM/CRM.
- Inglés fluido escrito y hablado.
