About the Role

As a Payroll & Benefits Intern, you will support the payroll team and be in charge of the administration of employee benefits and perks globally in Fever. This will offer you the opportunity to obtain exposure and increase responsibility through your time at the company.

  • Working daily on the different HR tools and keeping them up to date.
  • Manage benefits administration at a global level (flexible remuneration, tax incentives, meal and transport tickets, training, gym benefit and more)
  • Solve recurrent employee queries on these benefits.
  • Assist the Spain payroll team through the calculation platform in various tasks of the monthly payroll cycle.
  • Ensuring compliance within the company. Work closely with different teams, such as HR Operations, Labor and Finance.
  • Learning about the different procedures inside HR.
  • Work in a high-performing team alongside peers by being in communication with various teams across the company.

About You

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college degree/master's program and be able to work in our Madrid office.
  • Spanish native and English fluent is essential.
  • Currently pursuing studies in business administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite + Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.
