Se dedicará a ejecutar las estrategias digitales, planificación y optimización de las campañas en diversas plataformas y análisis de resultados.


Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Definición de estrategias de medios digitales.
  • Implementar, activar, optimizar, control del presupuesto y testear las cuentas publicitarias asignadas.
  • Creación de audiencias, gestión de píxels y eventos.
  • Elaborar media plans con recomendaciones de inversión y resultados estimados.
  • Entender el negocio y objetivos del cliente para trasladarlos a una estrategia digital en sintonía.
  • Analizar e interpretar datos, sacando insights e hipótesis.
  • Trabajar conjuntamente con cuentas y creativos para garantizar la ejecución de la estrategia.
  • Configuración y uso de herramientas de analítica y dashboards.
  • Seguimiento y actualización de los KPI objetivo.
  • Proponer acciones de mejora y ejecutar tests o experimentos que puedan confirmar las hipótesis planteadas.

Requisitos:

  • 3 o más años de experiencia como Ad Trafficker o Performance Specialist.
  • Eres una persona proactiva, con sensibilidad por la calidad de la data, te apasiona extraer información, convertir los números en historias reales y contarlos a través de dashboards visuales que faciliten su comprensión.
  • Conocimiento en planificación y gestión de campañas de performance.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, autónomo, orientado a solucionar problemas y detección de deficiencias, con atención a los detalles, proactivo y buen trabajador en equipo.
  • Dominio de plataformas de compra programática con experiencia demostrable (Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads y Google Ads).
  • Positivo y cómodo en el aprendizaje continuo.
  • Imprescindible dominio de plataformas de Analítica Web como Google Analytics y Google Data Studio.

Idiomas:
Inglés fluido es un plus.

  • Persona acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo.

Condiciones laborales:

  • Jornada completa
  • Horario intensivo los viernes y los meses de julio y agosto
  • Posibilidad de combinar algunos días de trabajo remoto con presencial
  • Oficinas con una gran terraza con vistas a La Pedrera
