Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze performance data from our wind, solar, and energy storage assets to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement performance standard indicators and methods to detect and analyze underperformance issues.
- Manage and track the resolution of underperformance detected issues, continuously presenting and communicating status and results to regional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement performance improvement projects, and quantify the financial benefits of these projects.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications based on international standards and methodology procedures.
- Work with performance improvement, root cause analysis, and technical support teams to identify improvements or modifications that can increase performance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the solar or wind sector.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with experience in programming skills.
- Strong statistical and analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and an open-minded attitude.
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
