Job Description
To provide an advanced business analysis service in support of Global Strategic Projects; customer requirement analysis, functional evaluation, business process review and re-engineering, system specification, system testing, documentation, user training, user support and change managementTo assist the Global Strategic Project Portfolio Manager and team in the development of a roadmap for maintaining and enhancing applications and platforms across the Avolta landscapeTo participate in project planning activityTo undertake complex analysis of data and present evidence-based solution optionsTo maintain a continuous awareness of sector and IT developments and ensure proposed solutions leverage opportunitiesTo assist in the development of company-wide training programmes for both Global and Local users and teamsTo liaise with and manage stakeholders across all departments globally regarding new requirements and enhancements.To act as a coach/mentor to other Business Analysts ensuring best practice techniques and consistency is adopted throughout the team.
