As a receptionist trainee your main misssion will be to create lasting memories providing an extraordinary experience for our guests by being genuine and delivering an uncomplicated service with the highest standards in the hotel's areas.

In the preopening period you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation and development of the standards of the department to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel's goals.

After the opening, you will collaborate with your colleagues to create a new unique original experience for our guests, working with your team being an active brand ambassador to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.
