We are in search of an adept UX Designer with a zeal for crafting user-friendly interfaces that elevate user experience. The ideal candidate should excel in leading workshopping sessions and proficiently use Figma.
As a UX Designer, your primary role involves creating and implementing intuitive user interfaces that align with business needs and ensure a seamless user journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct design workshops to define and prioritize user needs/features effectively
- Guide the design process, showcase outcomes, and incorporate feedback for further enhancements
- Create User flows, Sketches, Wireframes & Clickable prototypes using Figma
- Develop user-centric designs based on business requirements and user preferences
- Craft user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes (Figma) to communicate design ideas and user paths
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible to a diverse user base
Requirements:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with proficiency in Figma
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
