Senior UX Designer

At Board International, we're committed to creating innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of our financial and retail solutions.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned UX designer with a passion for user-centered design. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the UX design efforts across multiple high-impact projects, ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements, and drive the end-to-end design process from initial research and concept development to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX design efforts across multiple high-impact projects
  • Mentor and guide junior and midweight UX designers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements
  • Drive the end-to-end design process from initial research and concept development to final implementation
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Conduct and oversee user research and usability testing
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work across various platforms and industries. Proven leadership experience in UX design is essential, as is advanced knowledge of user-centered iterative design processes and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar is also required.
