IRC - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT At Eni, we are looking for Product Development Support within Eni Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain.

You will be responsible for updating, maintaining and analysis of the Benchmark with the repository of competitive prices and commissions.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the Marketing & Commercial Planning department at Eni Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for:

  • Updating the Offers tools for the company's different commercial channels in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, as well as the different white brands.
  • Processing of the offers requested in Spain and Portugal (Gas, Electricity and power optimization offers). Customized high-pressure and voltage studies, multipoint studies, multicopy, public and private tenders, etc.
  • Directing communication with the company's sales department to resolve doubts, offers, invoices, technical queries, etc.
  • Technical support for internal client invoicing, document management, customer service, settlements, etc.
  • Resolution and clarification of incidents in the application of prices in invoicing (Spain and Portugal).
  • Registration, processing, and control of commercial tariffs, as well as economic conditions.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • Knowledge of the sector is an advantage.
  • Level of spoken and written English.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced Excel.
  • Programming in Visual Basic.
  • Valuable knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Valuable knowledge of visualisation tools such as PowerBi

Como miembro del departamento de Marketing & Commercial Planning de Eni Plenitude Iberia seras responsable de:

  • Actualizacion de las herramientas de Ofertas para los diferentes canales comerciales de la compania en el mercado espanol y portugues, asi como de las diferentes marcas blancas.
  • Tramitacion de las ofertas solicitadas en Espana y Portugal (Ofertas de gas, electricidad y optimizacion de potencia). Estudios personalizados de alta presion y tension, estudios multipunto, multicopia, concursos publicos y privados, etc.
  • Comunicacion directa con el departamento comercial de la empresa para resolver dudas, ofertas, facturas, consultas tecnicas, etc.
  • Soporte tecnico a la facturacion de clientes internos, gestion documental, atencion al cliente, liquidaciones, etc.
  • Resolucion y aclaracion de incidencias en la aplicacion de precios en facturacion (Espana y Portugal).
  • Registro, tramitacion y control de tarifas comerciales, asi como de condiciones economicas.
Esta es tu oportunidad si tienes estas aptitudes y requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Empresariales, Ingenieria, Economicas o similar.
  • Se valoraran conocimientos del sector.
  • Nivel de ingles hablado y escrito.
  • Amplios conocimientos de Excel avanzado.
  • Programacion en Visual Basic.
  • Valorable conocimiento de SQL y Python.
  • Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de visualizacion como PowerBi
