Su misión principal será la de planificar, ejecutar y tomar decisiones de los proyectos asignados, llevando la coordinación con las otras áreas implicadas para el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos de I+D.

Funciones:
Llevar a cabo el desarrollo galénico (puestas a punto de fórmulas y procesos de fabricación, métodos in vitro).Realizar el desarrollo analítico de los proyectos asignados y análisis de productos de partida, si procede.Llevar a cabo estudios de estabilidad.Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar los estudios de cada proyecto asignado.Redactar protocolos e informes finales y toda la documentación asociada a los proyectos asignados.Revisar los datos primarios y, cuando proceda, los resultados reportados a través de ERP, tomando las medidas que sean necesarias.Abrir las OOS y desviaciones de cualquier proceso de fabricación, procedimiento y/o protocolo y colaborar en la investigación y registro de las mismas, así como en la aplicación y seguimiento de medidas correctoras, siendo responsable de los controles de cambio cuando proceda.Organizar y planificar las tareas diarias del laboratorio, así como supervisar las tareas del Soporte Técnico.Mantener actualizados todos los registros de actividades, incidencias y calibraciones de los instrumentos de los que sean responsables en el área.Aptitudes y experiencia requeridas:Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud o Ciencias Experimentales.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en en un puesto de trabajo similar.Imprescindible haber trabajado en industria farmacéutica y tener experiencia en entornos GMP.Se valorará experiencia previa en Gestión de Proyectos.Nivel alto de inglés.Capacidad de organización, planificación, resolución y dotes de trabajo en equipo con las distintas áreas operativas de la organización.
