RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

Liderazgo y Rentabilidad: Ser responsable de la tienda, optimizando recursos y procesos para impulsar la rentabilidad en distintas condiciones de mercado. Análisis de Datos y Tendencias: Registrar y analizar datos de actividad (como ventas por metro cuadrado) para pronosticar ventas y adaptar estrategias comerciales. Formar y liderar al equipo, asegurando que estén alineados con los objetivos de la empresa. Fomentar habilidades de venta y capacidades en todas las categorías relevantes. Identificar y desarrollar el potencial de crecimiento de los empleados. Administración y Cumplimiento:
